FLEX will be conducted at the 602 Building, 602 2^nd Avenue. FLEX: Ages: 18 & Up. The cost is $5.00 per class or $35.00 per month.  Classes meet on Monday’s at 5:30 p.m. and Thursday’s at 5:30 p.m. Flex is a fitness class that will rev your metabolism, crush calories, and get you stronger! Your instructors are Heather & Kenneth Hoats.
